They were friendly, attentive, and ensured that the basic amenities were well-maintained. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of choices. I was impressed by the beautiful room and the private pool, perfect for a relaxing dip in the morning. The cleaning staff was always friendly and provided a lovely turn-down service. The reception staff, especially Mabula and Meshack, went above and beyond to ensure my trip was enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including made-to-order items. The common pool was a great facility to have on-site.

We had a great time at this hotel! The best aspects were the spacious and clean rooms, with big bathrooms and TVs, and the nice private pool with beautiful views. The hotel facilities were also great, with a large main pool and easy transportation to the nearby beach. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff truly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable, just like in the review where they organized a surprise birthday dinner. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with the cleaners even adding a nice touch with flowers on the bed. The kitchen staff provided delicious meals with exceptional service. I couldn't have asked for more!
